Deborah Fuller
Hi there everyone, I’m Deborah Fuller (or Debs if you want to be informal). I like to think of myself as a recent graduate from Keele University but that is probably not the case anymore. I have been working for the Labour Party for the past two years as a local Organiser.
I was part of the UCCF Politics Network throughout my time at university and what a difference it made to both my faith and understanding of politics. I love working for the Labour Party and am not one to sit on the fence concerning my political views and have very strong opinions on who should be in power.
In light of that, what I know more is that no matter what political party you belong to, as a Christian, you are always going to be politically homeless and stand out as salt and light. The Politics Network helped me to grasp that and helped me to remember who I was going into politics for, reminding myself to submit all things to Christ.
I hope everyone that is a part of the Politics Network is able to be strengthened and reminded of this too.
