Joshua Price

Joshua Price

After graduating from Newcastle University in 2020 with a Geography BA, Josh was offered a place on the Buxton Leadership Programme, which led him to spend almost three years working for former the Lib Dem Leader, Tim Farron MP, in Westminster. Together with the Faith in Public team, they co-authored 'A Mucky Business: Why Christians Should Get Involved in Politics'. He now works as the Group Support Officer for the Liberal Democrats on Lambeth Council.

If you ask Josh why he got involved in politics, he'll say "because I hate it"! His interest was sparked on the sofa, sat watching Sunday morning politics programmes. Tired of hearing hands-tied, party-political answers, Josh believed there must be a gap in the market for politicians who hold service, honesty, integrity, and authenticity above the colour of their rosette.
